Ask Where the Good Way Is, Then Walk In It!

Good morning to all on this Tuesday morning. Waine and I are in Atlanta and will have a few days here before traveling again. There definitely has been some rainy nights in Georgia and Atlanta is lush and green. Not so for other parts of the US which are drought stricken. I woke up asking God to get into the middle of my circumstances and woke up needing to get into His Word. Please continue to keep JKS in your prayers and BB in your prayers. We are all in the need of prayer so pray for me as well. I thank God for each of you and thank God that His Kingdom building activities continue despite our short comings.

I am continuing my journey in Jeremiah 6 verses 16-21, "This is what the LORD says: Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ I appointed watchmen over you and said, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But you said, ‘We will not listen.’ Therefore hear, you nations; you who are witnesses, observe what will happen to them. Hear, you earth: I am bringing disaster on this people,
the fruit of their schemes, because they have not listened to My words and have rejected My law. What do I care about incense from Sheba or sweet calamus from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable; your sacrifices do not please Me. Therefore this is what the LORD says: I will put obstacles before this people. Parents and children alike will stumble over them; neighbors and friends will perish.” May God bring a blessing to the reading and hearing of His Word. Amen!

I am reflecting on my own life and reflecting how many times in a day do I ask God "where the good road is" so that I can walk on that road. Most of the time I go through my daily walk, putting one foot in front of the other because the path seems so familiar yet what these verses tell me is that I am to ASK for the ancient paths, the GOOD WAY and THEN walk in it. Well how ancient is ancient? The Beginning is the WORD and the scriptures say that the WORD was with God and the WORD was God. The WORD as described by the scriptures is Jesus the Christ, so then I am to ask Jesus which way is the good way so that I might walk that path. The PATH which will fulfill me and when I am fulfilled, I am to live a life of abundance just like we did when we were in the GARDEN. I life that was free from worry, disease and strife. A life that was filled with LOVE, JOY, PEACE, FORBEARANCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS AND SELF CONTROL. This is the Path that was set by the ANCIENTS for man.  We were made to live a life with these traits which is why we lived so long. SIN forever set our feet on a different path until the LOVE and SACRIFICE of Jesus gave us a choice to put our feet back on the path of the ancients. Hallelujah!

If you are burdened this day with anything; if you are not experiencing the life of abundance today and you know Christ, then ask Him to give you the choice to put your feet on the Ancient path so that you can immediately start walking the path that has been chosen for you.  When you start on this path you don't have to wait to start experiencing the path, your feet, ,your body, your mind, your soul are one with the path. All you need do is ASK. If you are not a Christian then ask Christ into your heart this moment. Ask God to forgive you for the sin of rejecting Him and His Son and then ask Him to put your feet on the right path. It is as easy as that!

God bless you this day and keep you; may the LORD make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you; may  the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Amen.

We serve a Mighty and Patient God

Good morning to all on this Wednesday morning. I didn't think I had the time to write this Blog entry this morning but as God would have it, my morning flight is delayed and the first thing I did was turn to the Word to celebrate the love of God for me and for you. I am just blessed to be alive with good health, a husband that loves me, children with whom I have friendships and grandchildren that ensure that my time here on earth will be marked by people who will remember me with love. I have been practicing a spiritual behavior that I received from a Daily Devotional from Joel Olstein. I invite God into my circumstance and then step back. I have the temptation to step back in but then remember to pray and ask God to take over. The practice of this behavior has done two immediate things 1) I am learning what surrender means and 2) I am strengthening my faith as I wait on God. Both traits are good traits and I am being blessed immensely. Please continue to keep Eric and his family in your prayers as we head toward his memorial. Also keep JKS's healing in your prayer and keep BB in your prayers. Satan is busy and desires to demonstrate that confusion is the order of the day and not the love and peace of God.

I am continuing my journey in Jeremiah, the 6th chapter verses 9-17, "This is what the LORD Almighty says:
Let them glean the remnant of Israel as thoroughly as a vine; pass your hand over the branches again, like one gathering grapes. To whom can I speak and give warning? Who will listen to me? Their ears are closed so they cannot hear. The word of the LORD is offensive to them; they find no pleasure in it. But I am full of the wrath of the LORD, and I cannot hold it in. Pour it out on the children in the street and on the young men gathered together; both husband and wife will be caught in it, and the old, those weighed down with years. Their houses will be turned over to others, together with their fields and their wives, when I stretch out my hand against those who live in the land, ddeclares the LORD. From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, all practice deceit. They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. Peace, peace, they say, when there is no peace. Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when I punish them, says the LORD." Amen

The one thing that God is teaching me in Jeremiah is that He HATES sin. He cannot be in the same space as sin. He knows that SIN will eat away at the very fabric work of our soul. He should know; He made both body and soul. Its like oil and water; sin and God do not mix!!! In the old days (old dispensation) the Lord would just rise up to take vengeance on sinners of any age, sex or rank. The children of Israel were set upon the world, and wholly carried away by the love of it. Instead of loving and worshipping God they instead worshipped themselves and the things of the world. The children of Israel were deceived by their enemies, who flattered them in a sinful way. Just like Satan deceived Eve into believing that there would be no consequence to disobeying God, so too were the children of Israel deceived. Instead of planting their feet on the path as set forth by God, they delighted in the way of ungodliness and unrighteousness. You cannot survive and reject God's Word. The disobedient were handed over to their enemies and the children of Israel have been at the mercy of one group or another through the ages. They have lost the Promise which has now been given to all of us through the death and resurrrection of Christ. God never gives up on us and as in the days of old He sends people into our path to change our walk and change our minds and hearts. Be sensitive to them and accepts them with open arms.

God desires that we have a heart that is sensitive to His Words and teachings. He desires that we become the light to a very dark world. If we are just like the world how will they eve see God. What I am learning is that what spews from my mouth is really what is in my heart. If out of my mouth comes anything but the love of God in any situation I have learned, then,  that this corner of my heart still needs me to empty some junk out it. I am dealing with a situation right this minute in which the other party is being, what I consider, completely unreasonable. This person appears to be disparate and is only looking out for their own self interest. She keep escalating the situation and won't go away quietly when she knows she is wrong and should. This morning I decided to ask God into this circumstance and I am trusting God for the best result both for this woman and my client. He has a 360 degree view of this woman, He knows her heart and knows her circumstance. He is going to use this situation to show her the love of God and I will be witness to it!

You and I are only able to see a fraction of what life has in store for us with our human eyes. God will teach us to See as He does with Spiritual eyes. The stuff we get caught up in is so umimportant at the end of the day. Don't waste your blessings of this day with the Junk in your trunk. Trust God for your circumstance and watch Him work miracles for you.

Now may the LORD bless you and keep you; may the LORD make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Amen.

Be Confident! God Loves You!!!!!!

Good morning to all on this glorious Tuesday morning. I woke up with God on my  mind and Jesus in my heart. I have been thanking God for His marvelous blessings for me in the wee hours of the morning. He is such a good God and I love Him beyond measure. Waine and I are having a rare and wonderful time in our own house, sleeping in our own bed. We have been traveling so  much that its just good to be home! I continue to marvel at this God Who loves us best and always. He is patient beyond measure with me; I don't know how He is with you but I suspect He is patient and loving as well. Erics's memorial is this Friday in Lake Charles; please continue to keep His family in your prayers. Please continue to keep JKS  in your prayers and pray for her healing. Pray for the emotional healing for BB. Pray for the financial security of SJ and SP. Satan is busy and wants all of us to keep the junk in our trunk. Fear is the weapon he uses; fear of loss, fear of loneliness, fear of not being respected, fear of a loss of power. When there is fear in your life, look for Satan. Amen.

I am continuing my journey in the book of Jeremiah. It is a difficult book for me to get through so I have been reading commentaries which as it turns out is a good thing. Jeremiah 1- 6 reads, " Flee for safety, people of Benjamin! Flee from Jerusalem! Sound the trumpet in Tekoa! Raise the signal over Beth Hakkerem! For disaster looms out of the north, even terrible destruction. I will destroy Daughter Zion, so beautiful and delicate. Shepherds with their flocks will come against her; they will pitch their tents around her, each tending his own portion. Prepare for battle against her! Arise, let us attack at noon! But, alas, the daylight is fading, and the shadows of evening grow long. So arise, let us attack at night and destroy her fortresses! This is what the LORD Almighty says: "Cut down the trees and build siege ramps against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression. As a well pours out its water, so she pours out her wickedness. Violence and destruction resound in her; her sickness and wounds are ever before me. Take warning, Jerusalem, or I will turn away from you and make your land desolate so no one can live in it.”  May the Lord add a blessing to the hearing and living of His Word.

One of the reasons it is so hard for me to get through Jeremiah is because this God of wrath is not the God I know. I only know the God of the New testament; the God of Jesus the Christ and not the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. But as it turns out,  He is the same God throughout history; God is a a God that cannot be in the same space as sin and yet He nevers gives up on us, His greatest creation. He works through people to communicate PRINCIPLES of the UNIVERSE HE CREATED.  I think this is a principle that is lost of many of us. Satan has us thinking that we are in control of our circumstances and life and that is the Greatest Lie ever told. We are not in control not even of our destruction. Hallelujah and amen!

When SIN was ushered into the Garden, instead of gaining control we lost control to it (SIN). We became by nature not god like; we became sin-like. That was Satan's plan all along that another creation of God's would join him (Satan) in a life devoid of God. What Satan does not realize, or more liekly refuses to acknowledge,  is that God will never give up on us. Hallelujah. He will send the Jeremiahs into this world to give us warnings and exaltation's. He even sent His Son not only to give us warnings, but to give us the ultimate sacrifice, His life for ours! As Christians it is our job to Kingdom build; to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and also to teach the world that whatever methods are used, it is vain to contend with God's judgments. The more we indulge in the pleasures of this life, the more we set ourselves for the troubles of this life. In the verses above, the Chaldean army was set to break in upon the land of Judah, and would in a little time devour it. The day was coming, when those careless and secure in sinful ways would be visited by folly because they chose to live a life without God. The people of Judah were eager, not that they might fulfil God's counsels, but that they might fill their own treasures. Yet God served His own purposes. He is telling us in these verses that the corrupt heart of man, in its natural state, will still cast out evil thoughts, just as a fountain casts out her waters. It is always flowing, yet always full. The God of mercy is loath to depart even from a provoking people, and is earnest with them, that by repentance and reformation, they may prevent things from coming to extremity. This is the God we serve! He is loath that any should perish even when we set our foot to the path of destruction.  The world needs this message. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO TURN FROM SIN and set your foot on the path of righteousness. Man is the eternal Prodigal Son who grieves his Father and yet the Father is always eager to greet the son home with a feast, a ring and fine garments. We only need to decide to stop feeding at the trough of pigs and begin the journey home.

I thank God for each of you. I thank God for Jeremiah. I hank God for clarity of thought this day. If you are  not experiencing the abundance that life has to offer today, look where the "fear" is and rebuke Satan in Jesus name.

Now may the The LORD bless you and keep you; may the LORD make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you; may the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Amen.

Are You at The Banquet Table?

Good morning to all on this glorious Saturday morning. I woke up with God on my mind and woke up needing to be in fellowship with Him. I just praise Him for His mercy and faith in all of us because when we were in sin, He still provided a way--the way maker Jesus. Waine and I are in Hawkinsville this weekend. He of course is playing golf, but these little weekends are such a good bonding time for us. For all you married folk out there, I can't say enough about stealing way with you honey for little weekends to remind yourselves why you got married in the first place. Please continue to keep JKS in your prayers for her healing and keep Eric's family in your prayers. I am convinced of this one thing, the God of Abraham has a plan for all of us that has come into fruition. It is a plan for abundance and not for calamity; we just have to claim it.

I am continuing my journey in in Jeremiah 5 verses 20 - 31, "Announce this to the descendants of Jacob and proclaim it in Judah: Hear this, you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes but do not see, who have ears but do not hear: "Should you not fear Me? declares the LORD. Should you not tremble in My Presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it. But these people have stubborn and rebellious hearts; they have turned aside and gone away. They do not say to themselves, ‘Let us fear the LORD our God, who gives autumn and spring rains in season, who assures us of the regular weeks of harvest. Your wrongdoings have kept these away; your sins have deprived you of good. Among my people are the wicked who lie in wait like men who snare birds and like those who set traps to catch people. Like cages full of birds, their houses are full of deceit; they have become rich and powerful and have grown fat and sleek. Their evil deeds have no limit; they do not seek justice. They do not promote the case of the fatherless; they do not defend the just cause of the poor. Should I not punish them for this?” declares the LORD. Should I not avenge Myself on such a nation as this? A horrible and shocking thing has happened in the land: The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?"

May the Lord add a blessing to the reading and understanding of His Word.

I have heard many sermons lately on what blocks the blessings of God from His children. Creflo Dollar stated about two weeks ago, if there is Calamity and Lack of Prosperity in your life then look for the SIN in your life that is blocking the Blessings that you should have.  God was saying the same thing to the people of the tribe of Judah, in particular. Their wrong doings had kept their blessing away from them. Their sin had deprived them of the good that God wanted to bestow on them. When you think about what SIN could block God's blessings the two (2) commandments that Christ talked about were to 1) love the Lord God with all your heart and all your mind; and 2) likewise love your neighbor as your self. On these two commandments hang ALL THE LAWS OF THE PROPHETS AND THE PRINCIPLES OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. When blessings are not abundant in your life, I am suggesting you look in these two areas and ask God to reveal to you what SIN is blocking you from your blessings. Is the God who does not allow water to cross a sandy barrier, the Center of your life, your joy, your happiness? Do you invite HIM in daily to get involved in every circumstance of your life? I read a daily devotional from Joel Olstein that indicated that we should practice ASKING God to get in the middle of our circumstance. Why try and struggle with your circumstance, whatever it is? Get God involved by inviting Him formally to get involved. Now when you do this you have to get out the way and let God do His work which may also mean there are changes for you to make. Never be afarid of change.

Do you love your fellow man like you love God and yourself? Do you treat your "neighbor" with kindness and understanding or do you reserve these behaviors for only people you "like" and regard?  God tells us to love everyone not because we like them, but because He loves them. We are to kill our natural tendency to gossip, blame, speak evil of or just be short with folk and instead extend the hand of fellowship and heart of GRACE and MERCY.

Your blessings and mine are WAITING. I am going to start to remove my barriers right this minute. "Lord reveal to me the SINS in my life that are blocking my blessings. Give me the spiritual eyes I need to receive your blessing. I want to be the conduit of these blessings for my family and I thank you in advance that you have heard my prayer and have already acted upon it." Amen.

Now may the LORD bless you and keep you; may the LORD make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace! Amen.

Why not Feast at the Banquet Table?

Good morning to all on this Monday morning. Waine and I spent the weekend in Thomason, Georgia and had a great time just being together one on one. These away times are good bonding times for us. I saw Eric's wife last week in Lake Charles, Louisiana and she is doing fine. Please continue to keep JKS in your prayers for her healing. I am praying for all those in need of a job but more importantly I am praying that you will seek the face of God and find peace and comfort.

I am continuing my journey in Jeremiah 5, verses 1-19 "Go up and down the streets of Jerusalem, look around and consider, search through her squares. If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city. Although they say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives,’still they are swearing falsely.” LORD, do not your eyes look for truth? You struck them, but they felt no pain; you crushed them, but they refused correction. They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent. I thought, “These are only the poor; they are foolish, for they do not know the way of the LORD, the requirements of their God. So I will go to the leaders and speak to them; surely they know the way of the LORD, the requirements of their God.” But with one accord they too had broken off the yoke and torn off the bonds. Therefore a lion from the forest will attack them, a wolf from the desert will ravage them, a leopard will lie in wait near their towns to tear to pieces any who venture out, for their rebellion is great and their backslidings many. “Why should I forgive you? Your children have forsaken me and sworn by gods that are not gods. I supplied all their needs, yet they committed adultery and thronged to the houses of prostitutes.  They are well-fed, lusty stallions, each neighing for another man’s wife. Should I not punish them for this?” declares the LORD. “Should I not avenge myself on such a nation as this? “Go through her vineyards and ravage them, but do not destroy them completely. Strip off her branches, or these people do not belong to the LORD. The people of Israel and the people of Judah have been utterly unfaithful to me,” declares the LORD. They have lied about the LORD; they said, “He will do nothing! No harm will come to us; we will never see sword or famine. The prophets are but wind and the word is not in them; so let what they say be done to them.” Therefore this is what the LORD God Almighty says: Because the people have spoken these words, I will make my words in your mouth a fire and these people the wood it consumes. People of Israel,” declares the LORD, “I am bringing a distant nation against you— an ancient and enduring nation, a people whose language you do not know, whose speech you do not understand. Their quivers are like an open grave; all of them are mighty warriors. They will devour your harvests and food, devour your sons and daughters; they will devour your flocks and herds, devour your vines and fig trees. With the sword they will destroy the fortified cities in which you trust. “Yet even in those days,” declares the LORD, “I will not destroy you completely.  And when the people ask, ‘Why has the LORD our God done all this to us?’ you will tell them, ‘As you have forsaken Me and served foreign gods in your own land, so now you will serve foreigners in a land not your own." May the Lord add a blessing to the reading and hearing of  His Word.

It has been hard for me to get through Jeremiah because this is not the God I know, the God of the Old Testament; the God before the Grace and Mercy of Christ. The God of Jeremiah was still trying to communicate with His children of Israel and Judah. The children of Abraham who were given the Promise. He is actually pleading with them to turn from their practice of worshiping idol gods and turn their face back to Him. He even conjectures that if Jeremiah can find "just one person" whose heart is true to the One and Only Living God then He would not ravage Judah. The importance of Judah versus Israel is that Christ would come from the lineage of David who became the first King of Judah. It was important that Judah submit itself to the will of God to prepare the way for Jesus. Likewise it is with us today, even in the dispensation of Grace and Mercy the Twin Towers of the Love and Commitment of God. God desires that we submit our will and lives to Him so that we can be connected to Him and realize the life of abundance that He has for us. God knows that our sin nature will block our vision of what a life of faithfulness can do you us. A life of faithfulness is a life free of the burdens of this world. We can awaken each morning with a smile on our face because we will be on a treasure hunt from the time we wake until the time we fall asleep. God has prepared a banquet, a feast for us that sin can block us from. Just as in the days of Jeremiah, God sends the Holy Spirit on a minute by minute basis to remind us that our job is to abandon sin and turn our face to the only Living and Wise God.

The lost "tribes" don't know this God of Mercy. Some actually think that they have sinned so much that God will never accept them. Well those of us sinners who have been saved by the Blood of Jesus, know better. We know that there is no sin too great to keep us from the Love of God through Christ Jesus. Just like there was no stopping God from eliminating the false idols of Judah so that His Son Jesus would have a lineage from which there was no shame. Nothing can block us from His love today. Share the Love of God with someone today; share His love with yourself.

Now may the LORD bless you and keep you; may the LORD make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Amen.

The Consequences of Sin without Grace and Mercy

Good morning to all on this Wednesday morning, the 1st day of June. Waine and I were in Memphis, TN yesterday to memorialize our friend Eric Taylor. It was a wonderful celebration of his life with tributes from family, friends and colleagues. The lasting memory everyone had about Eric was his total commitment to his wife and children; his commitment for the less fortunate among us; his life's message about the Redemptive Love of Jesus the Christ; his commitment to mentor young professionals. The chaplain of the Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity indicated that Eric didn't receive all of the credit for his accomplishments that he deserved and sincerely did not deserve some of the heartache that he received. At the end of the day, however he was able to sit down with Jesus and he was happy. He is missed and will be remembered fondly by all that loved him and appreciated his brilliance.

I am continuing my journey into Jeremiah 3 verses 6 - 25. This is a tough book to go through but I am going to plow ahead. "During the reign of King Josiah, the LORD said to me, “Have you seen what faithless Israel has done? She has gone up on every high hill and under every spreading tree and has committed adultery there. I thought that after she had done all this she would return to me but she did not, and her unfaithful sister Judah saw it. I gave faithless Israel her certificate of divorce and sent her away because of all her adulteries. Yet I saw that her unfaithful sister Judah had no fear; she also went out and committed adultery. Because Israel’s immorality mattered so little to her, she defiled the land and committed adultery with stone and wood. In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, but only in pretense,” declares the LORD. The LORD said to me, “Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah. Go, proclaim this message toward the north: Return, faithless Israel,’ declares the LORD, I will frown on you no longer, for I am faithful,’ declares the LORD, I will not be angry forever. Only acknowledge your guilt— you have rebelled against the LORD your God, you have scattered your favors to foreign gods under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me, declares the LORD. Return, faithless people, declares the LORD, for I am your husband. I will choose you—one from a town and two from a clan—and bring you to Zion. Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. In those days, when your numbers have increased greatly in the land, declares the LORD, people will no longer say, ‘The ark of the covenant of the LORD.’ It will never enter their minds or be remembered; it will not be missed, nor will another one be made. At that time they will call Jerusalem The Throne of the LORD, and all nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the name of the LORD. No longer will they follow the stubbornness of their evil hearts. In those days the people of Judah will join the people of Israel, and together they will come from a northern land to the land I gave your ancestors as an inheritance. I myself said, How gladly would I treat you like my children and give you a pleasant land, the most beautiful inheritance of any nation.’ I thought you would call me ‘Father’ and not turn away from following me. But like a woman unfaithful to her husband, so you, Israel, have been unfaithful to me,” declares the LORD. A cry is heard on the barren heights, the weeping and pleading of the people of Israel, because they have perverted their ways and have forgotten the LORD their God.  “Return, faithless people; I will cure you of backsliding.” “Yes, we will come to you, for you are the LORD our God. Surely the idolatrous commotion on the hills and mountains is a deception; surely in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel. From our youth shameful gods have consumed the fruits of our ancestors’ labor— their flocks and herds, their sons and daughters. Let us lie down in our shame, and let our disgrace cover us. We have sinned against the LORD our God, both we and our ancestors; from our youth till this day we have not obeyed the LORD our God.” . May the Lord add a blessing to the reading and hearing of His Word.

The Prophet Jeremiah was shown a vision of the destruction of Judah because of the disobedience of this nation and their desire to worship the false gods and idols of the land they occupied. Instead of being an example of obedience to the love and commandments of God, they instead chose to adopt and adapt to the customs of the non-Jews. Jeremiah was sent to remind them that the Promise was given to the children of Israel because of the faith of their fore fathers Abraham, Issac and Jacob. That God had sought to re-establish a relationship with man kind after the fall and had provided the promise to Abraham. Instead of embracing this relationship, the tribes of Israel and specifically Judah chose to ignore the Love of God and instead embrace the fleeting pleasures that come with satisfying the lusts of the flesh and mind. God is reminding the children of Israel that Sin must be put away out of their hearts, to be put away out of God's sight; God desires that we put Him on the throne of our lives so that we can experience all the Love He has for us. God cannot exist in the same space as sin therefore our hearts must be open before Him and free from the desire to worship other gods that occupy the space in our hearts that belongs to God Jehovah. Even people who say they don't believe in one supreme being, believe in that premise which then becomes their demi-god. Even people who believe morality is enough have "morality" or the pursuit thereof as their "god"; the guiding principles by which they order their steps. Man was created to "worship"; it is in our DNA. We can't help ourselves. We have to worship something. God's only message is to worship and commune with the One True Creator who stands at the ready to love us back as the "perfect" bridegroom that loves His bride. We are the true Church for whom Christ sacrificed His life. Our job is to love Him back by having an attitude of service for His Will.

Eric no longer sees through a glass darkly. He came face to face with God and all the years of his FAITH was fulfilled on May 25, 2011. Eric crossed over the River called Jordan and he now is toiling with all the saints as we continue to the Kingdom building efforts here on earth. The simple message is that God loves us and wants us to love Him back. So simple and yet so hard. Once you cross the river called Faith, the trip becomes easy.

Now may the LORD bless you and keep you; may the LORD make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you; may the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Amen.
