We are Justified. We are Glorified!

Good morning to all on this December morning. Waine and I have already received two (2) Christmas cards which is a reminder to me to get into gear and get our annual message out to our family and friends; we are blessed to have both. The weather is officially winter for Atlanta. The day time highs only get to the low 50's and the nights are getting into the high 20's. For those of you in snow country, this must sound like summer but for us southerns this means we have to start dealing with coats. I had a chance to visit with ET yesterday and he looks great! Your prayers are working and just speaking the name of Jesus for your friends and family has power! Did you know God had certain names that characterize His specific qualities. I was listening to Joyce Myers yesterday and she was teaching on this subject. When you are calling on His healing powers we can call on Jehovah-Rapha - "The Lord That Healeth Thee". In Exodus 25:15-16 Moses writes about the Healing Power of Jehovah Rapha. So you can call upon Jehovah Rapha for a specific healing or as Joyce Myers taught me yesterday you can call upon Jehovah Rapha for a healed life and sustained health. So I pray to Jehovah Rapha for you sustained health in Jesus Name, the name above all others amen and amen!

I am continuing my journey in Romans 8, verses 19- 30, "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.  For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. For those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified. Amen and amen!

Paul is starting to step it up in these verses. As Christians we will suffer for our faith because Satan sees to it. We don't have to dwell on our sufferings in fact we are not to be frustrated but victorious because we have an intercessor who helps us through our weaknesses - i.e. our lack of demonstration of our faith and trust in God through Jesus. Paul is reminding us that the Intercessor is working on our behalf 100% of the time because we have been JUSTIFIED and GLORIFIED when we repented of our sins and accept the Gift of Life through Jesus Christ, whose name is above every name. Philippians 2: 9-11 says "Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Hallelujah! When you call upon the name of Jesus even Satan has to bow--there is no higher authority and this authority, Jesus, lives in us! What can stop you today other than your own lack of faith for something that has already happened--your deliverance into abundance. I don't care where this blog message finds you today, if you can't do anything other than call the name of Jesus, do so now. Just start calling the name of Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus for  my healing. Thank you Jesus for  my family. Thank you Jesus for my health. Thank you Jesus for my prosperity. Thank you Jesus for waking me up in my right mind. Thank you Jesus for my ministry. Thank you Jesus that you have touched someone through this blog message. Thank you Jesus that YOU LOVE ME right now and in this time. Thank you Jesus because that's all I can say.

Stephanie
